About the Project

The UETDS System is a platform in Turkey that enables electronic tracking and monitoring of vehicles transporting passengers, cargo, and goods. Developed by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, this system facilitates compliance with legal requirements in the transportation sector. Companies can digitally report trip information, vehicle and personnel records, route and passenger data, speeding up inspection processes and efficiently managing reporting tasks.

Project Scope and Approach

• Comprehensive Data Management: We developed data entry and reporting modules for various types of transportation, including scheduled and unscheduled passenger transport (A1, A2, B1, B2, D1, D2), goods transport (K1, K3, C2, C3), logistics, cargo, distribution, and terminal operations.

• User-Friendly Interface: We provided an interface that simplifies complex data entry, ensuring ease of use.

• Multi-Device Compatibility: We created a platform accessible and compatible with both mobile and desktop devices.

• Data Integration: Integration with e-Government and Ministry systems was implemented to automate data transmission.

• Reporting and Analysis: Monthly, vehicle-based, and personnel-based detailed reporting modules were added, allowing users to easily perform performance analyses.
